• I'm not sure how much time I'll need

  If you're wanting to secure us for your wedding, but you're not sure yet of how much coverage time you'll need, we can secure your date and figure out the details later!

  We'd hate for you to miss out on having us capture your special day, just because you were not ready to commit to the amount of time. This is why you can always lock us in with any package. Leading up to the day we're happy to add on extra hours or other options and we can amend your final balance to reflect this.

• Do I need a second shooter?

  Short answer: We love having a second shooter join us to all weddings, big and small! You won't regret having the extra shots from different angles and unscripted in-between moments.

  However, we do understand that it might not be within your budget... and we also do a great job by ourselves! It might mean we're running around a bit more to try and capture everything that is going on around us, but the resulting gallery will still be a very complete impression of your celebrations.

• Do you travel for weddings?

  Absolutely! As the majority of our weddings take place around the Auckland and Waikato regions, we have decided to include travel costs to locations within these areas (with the exception of Waiheke island).

  We are always happy to travel to the rest of New Zealand and beyond! Just ask us about this and we can quote you for additional travel. We promise not to charge you for extra travel time - we just aim to cover the extra cost.

• How many photos will we receive?

  What it comes down to is this: If we get more good photos, we'll provide them!

  There is no limit to the amount of edited results we'll upload to your gallery and the numbers that are mentioned for the packages are an estimate based on the average we capture. Keep in mind, when you're adding on a second shooter, this also means you'll receive some extra shots.

• Payment and booking

  Having a chat with us is completely free and without obligation. It's a great way to see if we're a good fit.

  If you decide you'd like to secure your date with us, we'll ask you to sign our online agreement, which covers us both, together with a 30% non-refundable retainer fee payment to lock us in.

  The full balance is due two weeks before the wedding date, via bank transfer or credit card payment. Ask us for a payment plan if you'd like to spread out payments leading up to your day.
